It was the crack of dawn when the sun was just making it over Cardigan Summit and fog was set on the wet damp grass from the rain overnight. I was peacefully asleep when Bang!!! Bryce comes falling down from the top bunk and turned on the lights. My eyes were open when the Bang then I went blend by the light the light for 30 seconds. Everyone in the room yelled at Bryce because he woke up all of us. Slow getting out of bed me were all complaining about how early it was it to Bryce but he was laughing. It was a little chilly in our room because we forgot to shut the window and all of the cold air came rushing in over night.

About 45 minutes later we went downstairs to have breakfast .Breakfast for day three was French toast sausage butter and maple syrup. We also got to poor ourselves a cup of hot chocolate animal. I ate 3 things of French toast with butter and maple syrup. After breakfast I went upstairs with the rest of my bunkmates to get ready for the day that lies ahead. But today was the day that we were leaving and I was a little sad.

We met Toby are AMC instructor in the lobby where the fireplace, couches and chairs are. Today he said in a firm voice that we are taking the nature trail. Also we got two more members for our group today he said. Gretchen group has been broken up into the other groups. We got Connor T and Hadley R. After meeting our two new members in our group we started walking on the nature trail.Today I got the job of being the Navigator. I looked on the map to see what trails to take and find our way back to the AMC Lodge to get back on the bus. On our hike we saw trees rocks fungi and a stream called Bailey Brook. We also did some sketches our SketchBook and did a line segment. On our way back to the AMC Lodge we cross the bridge going over Bailey Brook. We stopped to take a look at the small bridge going over Bailey Brook Toby our instructor gave us a Indian cucumber from the ground. It tastd likie aq carrote. Then Toib gathered us up and talkedabout how these trails were made and the history behind Mt. Cardigan. We talked about how the trails were made and how they cut down all of those trees. We went on and then we brought up Human Environment Interaction and how we cut down trees that affects the animals near by.
